I have teaching the eight-week course in Sussex since 2005 to the general public, carers, NHS staff, older people and teachers.

I hold a British Wheel of Yoga teaching diploma and have practised aikido for many years. Since 2011, I have been a member of the core Bangor University Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice (CMRP) Training team and also part of the team offering a one-year teacher training through Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

Since 2015, with Estrella Fernandez, I have led the creation of a CMRP teacher training pathway in MBCT in Spain.

Supervision Experience

I have been supervising new teachers since 2010. I have also worked with many teachers while co-teaching eight-week courses. I took part in the three-day supervision training with Cindy Cooper in 2013.

Personal Practice

I have been practising meditation within the Tri Ratna community since 1981 and have attended regular retreats in the UK and abroad.

Since 2011, I have been leading retreats for mindfulness teachers.
